1. General Shipping Information
We offer two categories of products with different shipping processes:
- Print-on-Demand Products: Custom merchandise and educational materials
- Premier Research Labs Supplements: Professional-grade nutritional supplements
2. Print-on-Demand Products
2.1 Fulfillment Time
Usually, it takes 3–7 business days to fulfill print-on-demand orders, after which they are shipped out. Our products are created on-demand using facilities worldwide for efficient fulfillment.
2.2 Shipping Times by Location
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
2.3 Shipping Locations
Your order will ship from the fulfillment facility that can process it most efficiently based on your location and product availability.
3. Premier Research Labs Supplements
3.1 Standard Processing
- Orders typically ship within 24 business hours of submission
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may not ship until the next business day
- Higher than average demand may cause processing delays
- Operating hours: Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
3.2 Expedited Shipping
- Expedited orders must be placed by phone before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
- Orders under 100 lbs may ship the same day (exceptions may apply)
- Call (281) 505-2678 for expedited processing
3.3 Large Orders (Freight Shipping)
- Orders over 100-150 pounds may ship via FedEx Freight
- Freight orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship
- Freight deliveries cannot be expedited
- Inside delivery available for additional fee
- Customer must provide: availability times, lift gate needs, contact number, and dock information
3.4 Subscription Orders
- Fulfilled on or close to your selected fulfillment date
- Courtesy reminder email sent 48 hours prior to shipment
- Make changes at least 24 hours before shipment date
- Weekend/holiday orders ship the following business day
4. International Shipping
4.1 Print-on-Demand International
International shipping is available worldwide. Customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office.
4.2 Premier Research Labs International
Canada:
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing
- FedEx International Connect+ ($32.95) or FedEx International Priority ($54.95)
- D3 and K2 products require Priority shipping
- Maximum order value: $2,500 before taxes and shipping

Other International:
- Available to: United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, Netherlands
- Orders must be placed by phone: (281) 505-2678
- 3-5 business days processing time
- FedEx International Economy or Priority shipping
- Other countries may be accommodated upon request
4.3 Restricted Areas
- Cannot ship supplements to PO boxes via website (phone orders accepted)
- myLab Box products not available in New York state
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions
5. Shipping Costs
5.1 Print-on-Demand
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
5.2 Premier Research Labs
- Shipping calculated from Austin, Texas to your ZIP code
- Based on weight and selected shipping method
- Freight shipping rates quoted individually
- All shipping charges are non-refundable

6.1 Confirmation Emails
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Shipment date
- Delivery address
- Carrier information

7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Missing Orders
If your order doesn't arrive by the expected date:
- Check your shipping confirmation for address errors
- Contact your local post office
- Check with neighbors

7.2 Incorrect Addresses
- Address corrections for orders in transit require additional fees
- Redirects to alternative addresses not guaranteed
- Replacement orders for address errors ship at customer's cost
7.3 Delivery Delays
- Weather and carrier delays are beyond our control
- COVID-19 has impacted carrier guarantees
- Orders may take longer than estimated, even when expedited
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Photos of damaged/incorrect items
- Order number
- Description of the issue
8.2 Premier Research Labs Products
Report issues within 10 days of delivery date:
- Wrong items received
- Defective items
- Missing items
- Items damaged in transit
- Photos required to support claims
9. Special Product Categories
9.1 UltraLux Products
- Fulfilled by third party within 3 business days
- Ships separately from other products
- No expedited delivery available
- Final sale - no modifications after order placement
9.2 myLab Box Products
- Fulfilled by third party within 3 business days
- Ships separately from other products
- No expedited delivery available

- Domestic shipping only (excluding New York state)

10. Backorders
We no longer accept backorders. If an item is out of stock:
- Visit the product page for restock notifications
- Sign up for email alerts when items return to stock
- Consider alternative products if available
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
- No modifications possible once orders are submitted
- Cancellation requests not guaranteed depending on processing status
- Payment method changes require 5% processing fee
- High order volumes may cause processing delays
