Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we ship your wellness products.

1. Product Categories & Fulfillment

We carry two types of physical products, each with a different fulfillment model:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) Products — Custom merchandise, activewear, swim gear, and branded journals produced and shipped to order by our fulfillment partner (Printful).
  • Supplements & Wellness Products — Shipped directly to you from our vendor partners' warehouses. We do not maintain a retail warehouse for supplements; your order is fulfilled by the manufacturer and ships under their carrier accounts.

2. Print-on-Demand Products

2.1 How POD Fulfillment Works

Print-on-demand items are created after your order is placed. Depending on the product and fulfillment partner, your order may ship in one of two ways:

  • Ships to you directly — The fulfillment facility ships straight to your address. You'll receive a tracking number from that carrier.
  • Ships to us first, then to you — Some items are received at our Tulsa, OK location for quality inspection or bundling before being forwarded to you. In these cases, delivery may take a few extra days.

Your order confirmation and shipping notification will indicate which method applies.

2.2 POD Processing Time

POD orders typically take 3–7 business days to produce and prepare for shipment, in addition to carrier transit time.

2.3 POD Domestic Delivery Estimates

  • USA: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
  • Combined (production + transit): allow 7–14 business days total

2.4 POD International Delivery

  • Europe: 6–10 business days after fulfillment
  • Australia: 5–14 business days after fulfillment
  • Other international: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Customs fees and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

3. Supplements & Wellness Products

3.1 How Supplement Shipping Works

Supplements ship directly from the manufacturer to your door — there is no middleman warehouse step. Your order is routed to the appropriate vendor based on the products you purchase:

  • Premier Research Labs (PRL) — Ships from Austin, TX via FedEx. Flat rate of $12.95 (US); ships to Canada. Free on supplement-only US orders of $120 or more.
  • Thorne — Ships from Summerville, SC via FedEx. Flat rate of $11.95 (US); select products available in Canada — contact us to confirm availability before ordering. Free on supplement-only US orders of $120 or more.
  • Pure Encapsulations — Ships from Sudbury, MA. Always free shipping within the US (WEBFREESHIP program). Canada availability — contact us before ordering.

If your order includes products from multiple vendors, each vendor will ship their items separately and you may receive multiple packages on different days.

3.2 Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST typically ship same or next business day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may ship the following business day
  • Vendors ship Monday–Friday, excluding major US holidays

3.3 Domestic Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Ground: 5–7 business days from the vendor's warehouse to your address
  • Transit times vary by destination — orders to the West Coast from East Coast vendors may take the full 7 days

3.4 Expedited Orders

For expedited shipping needs, please call (281) 505-2678 before 12:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday, and we'll confirm availability with the vendor before you order.

4. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on supplement-only domestic orders of $120 or more. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Orders that include print-on-demand items (activewear, journals, etc.) are not eligible for the supplement free shipping threshold — live Printful rates apply to those items regardless of order size.

5. International Shipping

5.1 Canada

Canada shipping is available on a per-vendor basis:

  • Premier Research Labs (PRL) — Ships to Canada via FedEx International Connect+ (5–8 business days) or FedEx International Priority (3–5 business days). Rates calculated at checkout. Note: products containing D3 or K2 require Priority shipping due to Canadian customs requirements.
  • Thorne — Select products only. Contact us to confirm whether specific Thorne items ship to Canada before placing your order.
  • Pure Encapsulations — Canada availability is currently being confirmed. Contact us before ordering.
  • Print-on-Demand (Printful) — Ships to Canada. Live rates calculated at checkout.

Canadian customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

5.2 Other International

At this time, international shipping outside the US and Canada is only available for print-on-demand products (activewear, journals, swim gear) via Printful. Supplement international shipping is not currently offered. Contact us if you have questions.

  • UK, Australia, NZ, EU, Japan, Singapore: FedEx International Economy or Priority via Printful
  • Other destinations: contact us before ordering

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link. You can also sign up for proactive tracking notifications directly with FedEx at fedex.com.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation for address errors
  2. Check with neighbors or your building's mail room
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. Contact us with your order number if still unresolved

7.2 Incorrect Address

Address corrections on orders already in transit may incur additional carrier fees and are not guaranteed. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

7.3 Carrier Delays

Weather events, peak-season volume, and other carrier disruptions are outside our control. Expedited service guarantees may be suspended during these periods.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us at support@train5d.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because POD items begin production quickly and supplement orders are processed same-day, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after an order is placed. Please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.
